Terms of Engagement

IFES is committed to the responsible stewardship of donor funds. Funds donated by Advocates for the Artificial Intelligence Advisory Group on Elections (AI AGE) will be used to support the initiative’s three objectives:

Empowering election officials to make informed, strategic decisions about how to engage with AI systems and technologies.
Shaping global norms and standards on AI to advance electoral integrity.
Bolstering local AI innovation that strengthens civic engagement and serves the public good.

IFES will retain full institutional independence and intellectual property rights in the design and execution of AI AGE activities and publication of research findings or analysis.
